Ein Blick hinter die Kulissen in Glasgow.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:20;--minFontSize:20;line-height:1.5;\">Aufgaben, die auf kein Papier mehr passen<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Man w\u00fcrde es wohl kaum als eine ruhige Ecke bezeichnen. Das Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow, das seit den 2021er QS World University Rankings zu einer der drei besten Hochschulen f\u00fcr die darstellenden K\u00fcnste gez\u00e4hlt werden muss und ASIMUT seit 2013 nutzt, liegt auf der Renfrew Street und damit in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum gr\u00f6\u00dften Kino der Welt und zum Theatre Royal. Zugleich hat es so illustre Nachbarn wie das Schottische Nationaltheater, die Glasgow School of Art und die Schottische Oper quasi vor der Haust\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p>Zum eigenen Campus geh\u00f6ren sechs ausgewachsene, professionelle B\u00fchnen \u2013 darunter das New Athenaeum Theatre und die Stevenson Hall \u2013, dazu die Whittaker Library, Aufnahmestudios, Studios f\u00fcr Filmschnitt, die Alexander Gibson Opernschule, R\u00e4umlichkeiten f\u00fcr Produktion und Design, Ballettstudios und, selbstredend, eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl an Proben- und \u00dcber\u00e4umen.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammen mit den preisgekr\u00f6nten Wallace Studios bilden sie ein Ensemble inmitten von Schottlands kulturellem Herzen, Glasgow. Keine Frage, der qualitativ herausragende Lehrbetrieb kann sich auf Ressourcen st\u00fctzen, die schlichtweg beeindruckend sind. Die Gesamtsumme von \u00fcber 90 \u00dcbe- und Prober\u00e4umen zum studentischen Gebrauch unterst\u00fctzen dabei einen Veranstaltungsbetrieb von \u00fcber 600 Auff\u00fchrungen im Jahr (vor Corona). Das letzte was man hier also erwarten w\u00fcrde, w\u00e4re ein System aus Bleistift und Notizblock \u2013 aber genau das war die Situation vor ASIMUT.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eDavor mussten Studenten ein Bewerbungsformular ausf\u00fcllen, und dann hie\u00df es, \u201awer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst\u2026\u2018; und es war noch nicht einmal sicher, ob man \u00fcberhaupt einen Raum bekommen w\u00fcrde. Und die Lage war keinen Deut besser f\u00fcr unsere k\u00fcnstlerischen Lehrkr\u00e4fte im Einzelunterricht\u201c<\/em>, so Andrea McManus, Leiterin Planung am Royal Conservatoire. Es war die gleiche Geschichte bei Abwesenheiten: <em>\u201eAuch das war eine reine Bleiw\u00fcste.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:20;--minFontSize:20;line-height:1.5;\">Buchungsregeln und Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung intelligent verbunden<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>Was aber genau war die \u00c4nderung? <em>\u201eWir haben die Buchungsregeln quasi in Zonen eingeteilt, je nach Instrument und Studiengang. Dadurch ergaben sich jetzt R\u00e4ume beispielsweise nur f\u00fcr unsere Klavierstudenten oder die Streicher. Nur sie bekamen den Zugang zu diesen R\u00e4umen und konnten so sicher sein, dass da nicht pl\u00f6tzlich jemand aus einem ganz anderen Studiengang den Raum blockieren w\u00fcrde, sie konnten sicher sein ein Kontingent zu haben, das ihnen einen Probenraum sichert\u201c<\/em>, so Andrea.<br \/>\nEin zentraler Bestandteil dieser Strategie war das Best\u00e4tigungsmodul, das gleicherma\u00dfen den Studenten und den Lehrkr\u00e4ften im Einzelunterricht zugute kam. <em>\u201eJetzt buchen unsere Studenten einen \u00dcberaum in der allgemeinen Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che, bekommen dann eine vorl\u00e4ufige Buchung, k\u00f6nnen noch \u00e4ndern, den Raum zur\u00fcckgeben, und so weiter; und wenn sie\u2019s dann nicht ins Geb\u00e4ude schaffen, verschwindet einfach ihre Buchung und ein anderer Student kann sich den Raum nehmen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:20;--minFontSize:20;line-height:1.5;\">Die Kiosks sind der Schl\u00fcssel<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>Eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle \u2013 kein Witz \u2013 spielen dabei die ASIMUT Kiosks im Geb\u00e4ude. <em>\u201eDie ziehen da einfach ihren Studenten- oder Mitarbeiterausweis dr\u00fcber, die ja auch mit unseren hausinternen Studenten- und Personalsystemen verbunden sind, und schon ist die Buchung best\u00e4tigt. F\u00fcr uns funktioniert das hervorragend, weil die R\u00e4ume wirklich genutzt werden \u2013 die werden nicht einfach nur f\u00fcr aberwitzig lange Zeiten gebucht und liegen dann brach. Es bedeutet letztlich, dass Studenten und Mitarbeiter Zugang zu mehr R\u00e4umen haben \u2026 und R\u00e4ume sind eben Mangelware\u201c<\/em>, so Andrea weiter. Die Integration mit einer hausinternen Studierendenregistratur ist tats\u00e4chlich eine sinnvolle und schlagkr\u00e4ftige Kombination: <em>\u201ealles mit einem einzigen Knopfdruck\u201c<\/em> verkn\u00fcpft zu haben begeistert sie.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:20;--minFontSize:20;line-height:1.5;\">Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>Andrea muss nicht lange nachdenken, um die Vorteile aufzuz\u00e4hlen: klare Informationen, zufriedene Studenten, Stundenpl\u00e4ne einfach per Knopfdruck \u2013 <em>\u201eimmer korrekt und immer aktuell auf die Sekunde\u201c<\/em> \u2013 und auch der Einzelunterricht einfach zu \u00fcberblicken \u2026 die Zauberformel f\u00fcr sie ist das <em>\u201esofortige Update, wo immer man es braucht\u201c<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eMan kann R\u00e4ume oder Personen auf Buchungskonflikte hin checken \u2026 das spart einfach enorm viel Zeit.\u201c<\/em> Genau genommen checkt das System die R\u00e4ume sogar selbst\u00e4ndig: es gibt also immer doppelte Sicherheit.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eASIMUT hat einfach die ganze Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Studenten und Mitarbeiter verbessert.\u201d<\/em> Was k\u00f6nnte ein sch\u00f6neres Kompliment sein?<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_3 1_3 fusion-one-third fusion-column-last asimut-box asimut-alt-bg\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:33.333333333333%;width:calc(33.333333333333% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.33333333333333 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Mehr zu den Modulen f\u00fcr Anwesenheit und Raumbest\u00e4tigung oder wie man die verschiedenen Software-Systeme \u00fcber ein sogenanntes API verbindet?
