“Thank you all for these wonderful days. As this was our first UGM, it was a particularly meaningful and positive experience for us. Beyond the sessions themselves, I will especially remember the warmth, openness, and collegial spirit of this group. It was truly a pleasure to meet you all. My sincere thanks also to the ASIMUT team for this format, and to the Royal Northern College of Music for the wonderful organisation and warm hospitality. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year in Antwerp.”
After this year’s User Group Meeting at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, both our WhatsApp groups and our mailboxes have been overflowing with enthusiastic messages like this – and we couldn’t agree more. In the most heartwarming way, they confirm something we already know and cherish: together, we’ve built a truly special community around ASIMUT.
That enthusiasm and joy are also what keeps us going. The kind of energy that makes all the work behind UGM worthwhile, year after year. And maybe most importantly, many of these messages come from first-time participants – a reminder that this is not a closed circle, but a welcoming community you can become part of. One where professional connections can, with time, grow into something more, as one of our long-standing clients beautifully puts it:
“Thank you and the RNCM for the most fantastic few days. So many ideas, too little time! It was wonderful to see friends, old and new, and they are friends rather than just colleagues.”
So: a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us this year, bringing your passion, curiosity and valuable feedback to the table. Your engagement helps us ensure that ASIMUT continues to evolve in exactly the right direction – and that means more to us than we can say. And of course, a very special thank you to our fabulous host, the Royal Northern College of Music. We also greatly enjoyed Jack’s and Eldad’s presentation on the central role ASIMUT plays in the daily life of their school – a wonderful reminder of why this work matters.
On this page you’ll find a selection of photos capturing the spirit of UGM 2026 – from focused breakout sessions and lively discussions to the moments of connection that make these days so special, including the always-energetic “sticky note vote”. And speaking of which: we’re working at full speed to prepare both the prioritization of the votes and the evaluation of the UGM and will share it with all participants very soon.
