Founded in 2015 as a robust continuation of the spirit and mission of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra and named after the Orchestra’s founders and leading lights, the Barenboim-Said Akademie is a unique initiative commited to educate a new generation of musicians. The school offers a diploma in all orchestral instruments, piano, composition and conducting.
