The year 2023 is drawing to a close – time to reflect on what it had in store for us. But before we do that, we would like to take the chance to thank our growing ASIMUT community for their continued support and collaboration.

Growing community
80 red pinheads spread across the world map remind us of the incredible growth we’ve achieved together. Each pin represents a member of our community, and we celebrate the unique stories you bring to our collective narrative.
A heartfelt welcome goes out to our newest users in Frankfurt, New York City, Bologna, Passau, Dublin, Rostock, Hanover, and Foggia. We are thrilled to be on this journey with you.
Dream team
The ASIMUT software team expanded by nearly a third this year! You may recognize some of these friendly faces from our User Group Meeting, customer catch-ups, workshops, conference talks or our dedicated customer support.
And despite the team growth, some things never change: commitment to close connections with our customers, and a not-so-secret fact – we still eat an alarming average of 1.8 cakes per week.
Quality time spent together
We enjoy every User Group Meeting, but this year was special. A decade after our first User Group Meeting, a record high of participants joined us at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg for two days of training, sharing experience and gathering inspiration.
Once again a perfect balance of “proven and new”, we enjoy the company of the ASIMUT community, experienced popular traditions like the sticky note-vote and discussed future developments together.

Constantly improving
Our developers continuously worked on improving platform performance and UI this year. We bid farewell to the old public interface, which was replaced by the new common interface, offering a mobile friendly and improved booking experience.
We couldn’t have achieved any of this without your ongoing support, feature requests, beta testing and honest feedback. We love reading your messages and count ourselves lucky to have such an engaged and vocal user base!
Blooming office
With the team growing, new workspaces were springing up like mushrooms. We also watched a mysterious influx of plants made their way into the office – our own little green oasis, and we’re still trying to uncover the culprit behind this botanical invasion.
The latest addition to the office set-up is a little studio, enabling us to create content in-house. The real challenge now lies in herding all our colleagues in front of the camera, an endeavor we’re tackling with enthusiasm and a touch of humor.
