Turning complexity into clarity:
Why leading conservatories and music academies choose ASIMUT

AEC 2025 – COFFEE-BREAK MINI SESSION

In higher music education, planning isn’t just about logistics – it’s about creating the conditions for artistic excellence.

Balancing individual lessons, ensemble rehearsals, concerts, and academic schedules is an intricate task. When the systems behind it are fragile, overly manual, or dependent on a few individuals, even small disruptions can ripple across the entire institution.

It’s worth reflecting on what that complexity looks like in your own context:

  • Could your current tools better match the artistic and educational standards you set?
  • How would real-time updates and shared visibility change the way you plan lessons
    and rehearsals?
  • Could better data on room and resource usage support your long-term planning and space management?

ASIMUT is purpose-built for higher education in music. We work exclusively with institutions like yours – more than 80 of the world’s leading music schools across 23 countries – to turn complex planning into structured simplicity. Available in more than 13 languages (and we add more as needed), ASIMUT supports your institution in its own language – and its pricing is designed to be affordable, also for smaller institutions.

Join our coffee-break mini session to learn how ASIMUT helps music schools streamline operations and improve collaboration between students, professors, and administrators – so everyone can focus on what truly matters: the music.
