The summer break is well behind us, and the ASIMUT team is back at work in full force – recharged and ready for a busy new season. We can feel the semester start approaching, with activity picking up in our support channels, and we are here to make sure you’re well taken care of in every way.

On the development side, we are already working on new features from your UGM 2025 wish list – and we look forward to sharing them with you in due course.

This year, the autumn brings something extra: we’ve strengthened our team with two new colleagues.

Welcoming Amelie and Guillaume

We are very happy to introduce Amelie Bräumer, who joins us as Development project & operations coordinator. Amelie will be supporting software development project coordination and management as well as general back-office and administrative tasks – helping to keep things running smoothly both behind the scenes and in our daily collaboration.

We are equally delighted to welcome Guillaume Rabuel to our Customer Relations team. With his deep knowledge of schools of fine arts in France, Guillaume will play a key role both in supporting our French-speaking clients – consistent with our ongoing effort to communicate with our clients in their own language – and in strengthening our presence in France.

With Amelie and Guillaume on board, we’ve truly set sail for an exciting autumn.

Looking ahead

We are eager to connect with many of you in person over the coming months. You will find us at:

We truly appreciate the long-standing partnerships we have built with the associations and organizations that host these events. Supporting their valuable work in the fine arts is a way for us to give back to the field we care so deeply about. And when attending, we are equally glad for the opportunity to meet so many of you from our user community face to face – it’s always a great pleasure.

See you soon!

We look forward to the new season, to new encounters and to continuing our work side by side with you.
