The ASIMUT 3.5 release is out! Over the next weeks, we’ll be upgrading your systems to the newest version.
This final release of 2025 brings improvements that make working with ASIMUT even smoother, faster and more intuitive – especially in the common interface and in day-to-day scheduling tasks.

- Smarter event chart workflow
A new toggle button makes it much faster to select people and tags when building events. - Saved printout settings
ASIMUT now remembers your preferred printout filters and ranges, making repeated printouts much quicker. - New printout for absence statistics
Easily generate a PDF of absence data directly from the “Absence statistics” page. - Clearer quota information
The common interface now displays “My available quotas” with clearer and more intuitive labels. - Expanded REST API v3
You can now fully manage person group memberships through the API, including POST-ing and PATCH-ing multiple groups at once. - Faster bulk setup of sign-ups
Set sign-up windows for multiple events in one go, either relative to each event or using the same time for all.
