This year, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming many new clients, notably from North America, while continuing to support our existing ones through workshops and significant system improvements. It’s always a pleasure to see how our clients creatively expand their use of ASIMUT, unlocking even greater efficiency in planning at their schools.
A highlight of 2024 was the User Group Meeting, which brought the ASIMUT user community even closer together. Once again, we’d like to thank our wonderful hosts at the Conservatorio di Milano and all the amazing participants from our fantastic user community for an unforgettable experience! We’re already looking forward to the next UGM at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag in March 2025.
In 2024, we introduced on-site workshops for long-time ASIMUT clients to help them stay up to date and maximize the system’s potential. The initiative was very well received, with a number of great workshops and more to come. Beyond providing training and consultancy, these workshops give us valuable insights into our clients’ daily operations, enabling us to further tailor ASIMUT to their needs. It’s a perfect example of what we mean by “Building ASIMUT together”!
Behind the scenes, we’ve welcomed new team members and said goodbye to others. We’ve been busy building and improving ASIMUT, enhancing the user experience and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This year, we prioritized language and translations as well as the common interface while adding new features and updating our technological platform to keep the system robust and up to date with the latest developments.
2024 was a year of significant milestones for ASIMUT:
- Over 10 million events created in ASIMUT this year
- Now more than 100 000 active users in 21 countries worldwide
- All clients now on new common interface – old interface retired!
We are very proud of these achievements, which reflect the trust and engagement of our community and underscore the continued growth and evolution of ASIMUT as the go-to solution for schools of music, drama and art.
As we close the chapter on 2024, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our clients and users for being part of the ASIMUT community. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a wonderful start to 2025!
