A tradition here at ASIMUT interrupted by the pandemic, on Monday 27 September we finally managed to welcome all the wonderful new schools that joined the community during the pandemic, with impressive cakes…
In chronological order, we welcomed:
- Hogeschool Gent – KASK and Royal Conservatory;
- the School of Music at DePaul University, Chicago;
- Conservatori Superior de Música de les Illes Balears and Escuela Superior de Arte de les Illes Balears, Mallorca;
- The Colburn School, Los Angeles;
- Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf;
- Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln;
- Tianjin Juilliard School;
- Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Trossingen;
- Universität der Künste Berlin;
- Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe;
- Musik-Akademie Basel/Hochschule für Musik FHNW;
- Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Leeds;
- Hochschule für Musik Detmold; and
- Cleveland Institute of Music, Ohio.
That is a number of sweet teams created – check out the visual impressions from the musical gathering in our Aarhus offices.
Also, a recipe challenge came from Brian Gier at DePaul: a mouthwatering image (pictured) – but the “recipe is in German, in mother’s handwriting. Even difficult to read for me”, says Brian.
